Lou'ana, Step Into My World Tour
Nine-date tour, 2025
Location
New Zealand
Year
2025
When Lou'ana took the Step Into My World Tour out across nine dates in 2025, Electric Boogie ran the technical direction end to end. One crew carried the show from the first load-in to the last pack-out, so the production that left the workshop was the same one that walked into every room.
Touring is a test of consistency. A nine-date run means the show has to land the same way in every venue, whatever the stage, the power and the local constraints. We built the plan around that, then engineered it date by date.
Challenge
A nine-date run puts the same show into rooms that are never quite the same. Stage sizes, access, power and house systems shift from date to date, and Lou'ana's set had to read identically in each one. That asks for tight technical direction across backline, logistics and engineering, held to a single standard for the length of the tour rather than rebuilt from scratch at every stop.
Engineering response
Electric Boogie took technical direction for the full run. We specified and ran the backline, handled the logistics that moved the production between dates, and put our own engineers on FOH and monitors so the mix and the stage sound stayed in known hands across all nine shows. With the crew who planned the show also running it, decisions made at load-in carried straight through to the performance, and what worked on the first date was repeatable on the last.
Outcome
Lou'ana played all nine dates of the Step Into My World Tour on a production that held its standard from the first load-in to the final pack-out, with backline, logistics and engineering run by one crew the whole way through.
